BARRIER H4b FOR BRIDGES (with panels on a concrete of 13 cm)

Barrier in class "H4b" for bridges, crash test ref. IME/BSI-46/818 and IME/BSI-48/820, made of steel elements quality S275JR conforming to UNI EN 10025 standard, hot-dip galvanization according to UNI EN ISO 1461 standard.
Main features :

	triple corrugated lower beams: 4500mm centre distance, 2,5mm thickness;
	double corrugated upper beams: 4500mm centre distance, 4,0mm thickness;
	"HEA 120" post with base plate, placed at 2250mm centre distance;
	lower spacers: 5,0mm thickness;
	upper "HEA 140" spacers;
	diagonals;
	unthreading-proof plates, bolts and nuts, screws MA 27, reflectors (n° 1 every 13,5m)
Steel protection panel with angular upper span, steel quality S275JR according to UNI EN 10025 standard, hot-dip galvanization conforming to UNI EN ISO 1461 standard, to be set up on IMEVA barrier for bridges class H4b (Type 2). Main features :
	mesh net 50x50 with 3mm wire
	lower panel 2035/2192 mm length, 1925mm height;
	55° angular upper span, height projection 1000mm (639mm + 639 mm);
	post-lower panel connection tiles;
	upper span connection omega shaped tiles;
	chain-lower panel connection components;
	welded security chains: 7,5-49x28 mm diameter, 1000 mm length;
	fittings and connection bolts.
It is necessary to provide, for each barrier section installed of this pattern, approach/escape end section modules for totals 18,0 m (9,0 m for approach + 9,0 for escape).
